Barbara B ID No. 71826680 of Store 236 was wonderful! She found me the pillow I had been trying to get from other Macy’s stores which not only she answered the phone, but located the pillow, got the manager to get me the same price as two other pillows I had bought previously, and had it mailed it to my home & she sent me via text the label so I could track it. While I spent several days calling California, Va & other States and waited for someone to answer, Barbara answered the phone & went out of her way to help me. This is superb customer service. Terrible customer service. Was locked out of my account and the identity verification email was never received so cannot get access. Customer service was not at all helpful and when I asked how to complain they refused to acknowledge. I am a paying subscriber but not again. After almost two weeks still locked out. These people are the definition of poor service.

i purchased a new laptop in jan 2025 , i am having inspiron model , i purchased it from reliance digital store , the laptop was fresh and new , but now the voice quality has degraded randomly and i face a lot os internet connectivity issue, i dont know whats the problem with the model .
