She found me the pillow I had been trying to get from other Macy’s stores which not only she answered the phone, but located the pillow, got the manager to get me the same price as two other pillows I had bought previously, and had it mailed it to my home & she sent me via text the label so I could track it. While I spent several days calling California, Va & other States and waited for someone to answer, Barbara answered the phone & went out of her way to help me. This is superb customer service.
