A Kafkaesque experience…..

I have been told my merchant account will be terminated unless I complete my PSS compliance. Yet, it tells me my log on info is incorrect. When I ask for a reset, the email doesn’t arrive. So I go into the site to ask for help - live chat is unavailable, so I fill in the “concierge’ form. I explain that I cannot ring as I am in an area with poor signal - their response? Ring this number! Every single year I try to do this it takes months going around in circles, because they will only use the phone. It’s even more tricky this time, because a pop up gpdr box appears on the website every time you click on a heading or scroll down!What is wrong with them?You complain - they ‘review’ your complaint and say because they tried to phone you and you either didn’t answer or get back to them, they have done everything they can - it’s like being in a Kafka novel…..

Hidden limits, automated replies – zero transparencyI subscribed to ChatGPT Plus, expecting extended access to GPT-4 and image generation as promised. But there was no mention of a strict daily cap of 25 image generations anywhere in the subscription description.After paying, I hit this limit unexpectedly — with no warning, no counter, and no way to track usage. Even failed or cancelled generations are counted!I reached out to support and only received an automated, generic response from a bot. No one addressed my real concern. No real support.I feel misled and disappointed. I cannot recommend this service to anyone expecting fairness, honesty, or respect for paying users.Be warned: you're paying for a feature that is silently restricted.

Scam

Unfortunetaly, I purchased a ticket on Kayak via chatdeal. This company is a scam. They confirm your ticket and 2 days later your booking days and time are being changed with no possibilities to change or cancel. They use Trustpilot as their customer service, the employees seem responsive, they pass your case to someone else who is supposed to help you get your issue resolved. But nothing happens. Though if you check on Kayak your original flights are still being offered and today at a price even cheaper than my original booking.

Great Company, BUT, rates and pro services are a waste

I would NOT recommend to others.
They have a very good set up, but, they keep wanting to charge for Professional services, which I accepted (at $500.00) and they only accomplished ONE thing for me and that still has bugs in it, and, they want me to spend more money to talk with another pro...
Go somewhere else....

I appreciate the prompt responses…

I appreciate the prompt responses instead of long waits. I am still in favor of talking with someone on the phone because not all organizations are prompt with responses. I also appreciate the integrity of Change.org by refunding donations that I mistakenly began donating thinking it was going to the non profit organization I was signing a petition for. I don't like a 3rd party getting in between me and the organization I am dealing with.

Would be zero if possible, the people of Amazon send generic emails without even reading the complaint! Ignorance beyond belief after sending over 100 emails and spending 10 hours over the phone I am still no further forward! I simply want to return a faulty item but they are making it impossible.
