I just wanted to read an article which piqued my interest. Gave up! The subscription is too difficult to access. Honestly noone could need to read an article that desperately. No real way of subscribing. From other reviews it seems I'm not alone. My advice is don't bother!Edit: Thanks goodness I couldn't subscribe. What a trap!

Forcing you to cancel by phone! So maddening. Even though i'm not based in UK they keep emailing me asking me to call. Like a bunch of dodgy used car salesmen. Just cancel my subscription for goodness sake, life is complicated enough!

It would be awesome if we were able to post photos. Photos speak volumes! However DoorDash didn’t care that a milk shake was not only made incorrectly from ordered and advertised but came loaded with burnt coffee beans. I was trying to make life easier but next time to make it truly easier seek a different platform.

I've been using Zoom for years and I recently paid to upgrade to the webinar license for up to 500 people. It upgraded to only 100 and I have submitted 5 emails to the company, called several times and been hung up on, and no one has responded. I have a webinar scheduled in 2 days and am waiting for the license to apply to my account as I already have 175 people registered. This is so disappointing. I could lose a lot of business because Zoom cannot be reached or provide a human being to interact with. What a disappointment!!

By far the worst customer service I've ever encountered. By FAR. They banned me when I inquired why I should pay twice for shipping on the Pi4 that they oversold and had charged me for two days earlier but is now no longer in stock. I can't believe people can do business like this. Do yourself a favor and pay a few dollars more elsewhere and avoid the headache.
