No special care for infants or disabled ppl

First of all I know that this can happen everywhere anytime But our trip which was almost three weeks in Vietnam got ruined by stranding in Dubai.We really can’t understand why u-Let us fly in first place with toddler and infant -I asked many time for baby food or diapers (no help)-i had to stay in a screaming crowd some kicked me some tried to exit there stress on me (no one was forming a line or tried to make the ppl calm)-so all my belongings and stuff I bought from Vietnam are goneThe bag as is is super valuable to meWe can’t reach anyone -the management or crisis management should be fired seriously Honestly even 500$ discount we wouldn’t fly emirates again.I hope everyone gets healthy home!

Delay of Flight - No response on Complaint Request

Delay of my first flight due to operational reason and as per the airline notification. As a result I lost my connection flight.I Stayed 7 hrs (monring hours in Dubai airport), from 2am to 9am. They offered me a complementary meal/drink. I ordered only coffee and they asked me to pay. I filled a complaint for missing the connection flight and inadequate service. I was waiting for 2 months from my inquiry/complaint. No reply and no feedback received, no interest to support. I tried to contact them,through emails several times. No reply. I tried to find other ways to contact them.I found online throught live chat. Despite the promises to answer me, no feedback received on my complaint request.

McAffee blocks my access to Google Drive

McAffee started, for no reason, stopping all access to my Google Drive, treating such actions as a threat and notifying me it was a threat. McAffee agents tried to convince me the problem was on my end, but stopped doing so when I showed them that if I turned off firewall and turned off realtime scanning, I could access my documents. Customer service to address the issue has been so, so terrible. Consistently terrible. Terrible over 4 days and over a dozen valuable hours on hold or wrestling with unhelpful McAffee agents. Terrible, just terrible. I will end my subscription as soon as I can and I recommend that other people do not subscribe to this company..

absolute joke of an organisation .

absolute joke of an organisation , unless its a high profile case with lots of media attention you are wasting your time , following a housing ombudsman report that clearly is inaccurate and contains defamotory inaccurate statements that relate to me I provide the the HO with irrefutable evidence a number of their statements within their report were inaccurate and I had the right to rectification under GDPR , the HO refused to alter their report and I made a subsquent complaint to the ICO , I provided a huge amount of evidence including a 3rd Party organisation statement / email that demonstrated beyond doubt the HO report was inaccurate and still the best I could get from the ICO was an acknowledgement that " i may disagree with their view " and a suggestion that I make a complaint to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO), Via my local MP , Really ! As with the HO the ICO clearly will not acknowledge any evidence that will demonstrate any decisions made by their staff are incorrect . due to this individuals like ourselves have continuous uphill battles with public sector workers ( that we pay for out of our taxes ) who have no concerns relating to possible redress regarding their decisions . to reiterate unless its a high profile case with media attention in my experience the ICO is not fit for purpose ,this also appears to be a constant with Ombudsman . dont waste your time .

This is an awful company. That they have a high review here probably reflects a number of fake reviews. They will not reimburse you if the seller sends you the wrong size or color of items. Customer service is a bot designed to tell you "no." Sellers do not respond.

Bought my grandson ps5 spiderman limited edition console for Christmas in October. Opened it last night to set up ready for him to play Christmas day. Console and controller looks great. The problem no spiderman game code voucher inside box.contacted sony on there online chat only for them to end my chat two times.Only playstation store can issue the code. I give up

NO WARRANTY HONORED

Just wanted to share my experience with Samsung Canada in case anyone else is getting jerked around by their warranty process. My phone started having a hardware issue while still under warranty — the volume cuts in and out randomly, switching between the main speaker and the earpiece. I sent it in for repair, and even after a full hardware reset, the problem persisted. The issue has clearly not been resolved, yet they continue to dodge responsibility.Instead of replacing the device — which they should do under their own policy — they now want me to send it back again for a so-called “comprehensive inspection.” Nowhere in Samsung’s policy does it say that after a device is deemed unrepairable, a second inspection is required before a replacement. To make things worse, they’ve delayed the process so long that they’ve conveniently pushed me out of warranty, even though the issue began well within the coverage period.I was eventually referred to Samsung’s Executive Customer Relations — supposedly the “top level” of support — but even they’ve done nothing except parrot the same unhelpful responses I’ve been getting from standard support. No urgency, no accountability, no new information — just the same corporate script. At that level, you’d expect timely and effective resolution, but they've been just as evasive and dismissive. They even refuse to provide me with direct contact info for the person managing my case, which is absurd considering I’ve made it clear I’m pursuing legal action.All I want is what I’m entitled to: a functional phone under warranty. Instead, I’ve been stonewalled at every turn — which is why I’ve officially initiated a lawsuit. If you’re in Canada and thinking Samsung will have your back with warranty support… think again.

Much of content is very poor -- pseudo-science, crackpots and soap-boxes. There are a few quality authors, but for the most part you you should give no credence unless you know the subject, and even then double check it. Certainly not worth the subscription.For it to survive they need to start applying editorial quality control.

Yet another poor customer experience

Given the crazy prices that are charged for print cartridges I thought that signing up to their “instant ink” offer would make good sense.The smart app, website and high number of non-descript error messages lead you up the garden path to continue pursuing a sign-up that won’t happen.Even having recruited the support of one of their online agents (and they had all the relevant details up front) I still spent hours trying to get something that was never actually supported for the printer model I have.The agent tried to end the online chat after a wasted day with “your printer isn’t eligible” and that would have been that if I hadn’t persisted to get any further response. Eventually apologised for the waste of time but I asked for some recompense for my wasted day. Said he’d raise the complaint and I would hear from someone within HP - guess what? - I haven’t; what a surprise.With no means of being able to complain to HP (no such option on their website, so presumably they are perfect) it’s yet another company to add to my “avoid” list. Large corporate non-existent customer service once more.
