Agree with David below! How many times do the Big Con Company use ourTV licence as a free for all with all the awful programmes they broadcast! Carr and Holden a complete waste of air time, also we have McIntyre and now we have that classic Gladiators! How much to we have to put up with this awful channel and have the audacity to charge for it too!! Rubbish .

Horrible customer service and no way to file a complaint. I've been waiting almost 3 weeks now for an exchange and they still haven't sent the exchange items back to me. I was speaking with a customer service rep on the phone last week and she was of no help whatsoever. She couldn't tell me the status of the return or how much longer it's going to take. I also tried the chat feature, but is was also absolutely useless. So if you want to make a complaint about their customer service, the only option available is to call customer service, make a verbal complaint, and hope that the complaint is passed along to a manager. There is no complaint resolution process, and I can tell you with 100% certainty that if you are wondering why your exchange is taking so long to process, they (Adidas) can't provide you with any answers. My advice to you is to spend your money elsewhere and avoid the frustration that comes with needing to exchange items with Adidas. Hands down, it's the worst customer experience I have ever known, and I do 95% of all of my shopping online.

Opened a credit line through Samsung/TD Bank years ago, and they won't let me use it for any purchases on Samsung.com. Customer Service has refused to solve this issue multiple times, and just says "Sorry". Beware! I will be taking my thousands elsewhere now.

DO NOT BUY FROM HP!! They will withhold your money from you.I purchased a laptop from HP using Klarna on 30th November 2023. I cancelled the order the same day, as I then saw a better and more suitable laptop on the HP website. A month and a half later, I still have not received my refund, due to HP's incompetence. The way it works with purchases made using Klarna is that the merchant (HP in this case) needs to contact Klarna to advise them that my order has been cancelled so that Klarna can return my money - which is currently on hold - to me. Unless HP do this, Klarna will not return the money to me.It started with HP incorrectly telling me that I would receive the refund within 7-10 working days. After this time period passed and I had not received the refund, I was then told that they had misinformed me and that Klarna would need to return my money, as HP never captured the payment and the money is with Klarna. This was an intentional method of stalling, wasting about 3 weeks where I thought the refund from HP was on its way, meanwhile the money is being held by Klarna. To date, HP have not contacted Klarna, as I have asked them to do. I have called in over 12 times, giving them detailed step by step instructions of what they need to do and what they need to say to Klarna because, clearly, they need a customer to tell them how to do their jobs.Each time I call, I get the standard response of "we will refer this to our Finance Team; we will have a response from them within 24 hours and email you with an update".Each time the Customer Service Team supposedly "refers to the Finance Team" not only do they never come back to me with an update, the Finance Team come back with a box standard, automated response of "The order has been cancelled and no payment has been taken".I have received this response each of the 12 times I have called in, and I always have to chase for an update, HP are never forthcoming with the update.When I have asked to speak directly with the Finance Team to relay the message because they don't seem to be understanding that they need to tell Klarna that the order has been cancelled, rather than just give me a useless, one-sentence response, I am told that the Finance Team have no contact details, I can only contact them through the incompetent customer service.When I ask for a supervisor to contact me, as I have done 4 times, I'm told someone will call me To date, no supervisor has contacted me.When I raise a formal complaint by emailing the customer service email address, as I have been advised, and as I have done so 4 times, I receive no response. The Finance Team are deliberately obstructing Klarna from releasing my money. I have begged, pleaded, cried for them to contact Klarna. Each time I ask, I have to wait minimum 4 days for an update, which is always the same robotic response.This is absolutely cruel and horrible. I am a single parent, wanting to buy my dyslexic son a laptop to help him with his studies. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for him. I was planning on receiving the refund for the laptop I bought and using the money to buy another one (since I can't afford to buy it until I get my money back).HP have denied my son a Christmas present and ruined both our Christmas. They're sick. I don't know what their aim is, but the customer service is shocking.I am in the process of reporting HP to the Ombudsman Service because this is the only way I feel I can get justice for this horrendous treatment. HP are a joke. I genuinely feel they may be a fraudulent company. Every time I have ever ordered something from HP online, it has been a traumatic experience. More fool me for purchasing from them again, I don't know what I was thinking. It is not worth the stress. If I could go back in time, I'd slap myself to stop me from making the purchase.

I entered their KYC process (standard stuff) and haven't been able to get out! This is despite me providing payslips (I work for a FTSE100 company), bank statements and utility bills.Result: Account locked for months, can't get my crypto out. Can't trade. Don't touch them!
