The Nokia 5.3 Black has got to be the worst phone I have purchased. The screen keeps on freezing, the camera rearly works when you want it. By the time you get the camera to work, the moment has gone. Never purchase a Nokia phone again.

I have two of the google nest outdoor cameras, first one is working fine. The second one that is 4 months old will not power back on after a power failure. I tried all of support suggestions on the google nest website. Unplugging the camera, unplugging from the USB connection, trying another socket, said a prayer. Nothing works. Next, I tried reaching out to the Amazon Seller for help since the camera is still under warrantee. They told me to contact the Google Nest support website, the manufacturer of the camera. Ok, so, I tried reaching out to google support since the camera is still under warrantee but have had no one reach back to me from google nest. Also, when you try to enter the warrantee information on the google nest website's form, it just says "trying again later" when submitting the information [tried entering the information multiple times, on different browsers and on multiple days with the same result. On top of this the Nest App crashed almost every time I brought it up. Again, I've had the Nest Service for several years at this point. Tried to get a refund, as I had paid for a yearly plan and was a month into this plan and was told it was non-refundable. Never again Nest...

Absolutely disgusted with it, I have had it since the end of August 24 and already been down 3 times now in the 4th time I phoned them and this woman had me moving the thermostat all over the place as she said it was in the wrong place, I also had a severe chest infection and was really losing the plot with her. After an hour still not working, she said she would have to send out a technision out but it would cost me!!!!!!! I said it had a 2 year guarantee but was insistent that it was out of warranty, I hung up. It is the worst system ever. It comes in in the middle of the night when you do t want it, absolutes rubbish do not waste your time or money

ESPN+ is the worst ever! Always crashing. Sometimes I have to sign in to a TV subscriber to access the app, but sometimes I don't. Just random! It doesn't remember what I watched. Doesn't keep my preferences. There search function is lousy. The interface is bad. The whole thing is krap, but you MUST have it to order PPV.

I purchased a font on creative market, it wasn't a font I wanted, and didn't work for my project, I was able to try it in my draft within ~5 minutes, and it seemed more like a collection of PNGs in blue, rather than a genuine TTF or OTF file, so I requested a refund and cancelation. I never heard from anyone in customer service.

the sync speed is really really really SLOW.... for instance i wanted to share my go pro holiday shots on the public share file . so i paid for the upgrade and then stuck my go pro files in public ....this took a whopping 23 days to upload (even with bandwidth restriction removed)...this is not good enough.

If I could give zero I would. 2 years ago thought they would be a safer payment gateway. Never used the feature at all. Sold my business as I am moving overseas and went to close the business bank account. I couldnt because braintree have merchant facility attched. Many phone calls and many emails later, I have 4 business days left in Australia to close the account and stop account keeping fees and braintree will not respond to me. Everyone else was so easy and helpful to deal with but these Americans are just non-communicative. I now have to go to the bank and explain the situation and hope they will close the account. Never deal with these people. The only time they are helpful is if you want to sign up with them.
