This is about my garbage Dell G16 Gaming Laptop.Overheating even when just sleeping battery fully charged.Delete Key is not working.Every day has updates.Mouse freezes.Remember not all who buy computers are not expertise.I am a simple man. Going in to BIOS and other inside programs 10 times a day is not in my skill.Garbage! Garbage! Garbage!

I requested a refund for two products. The customer "support" says I have to contact the authors. However, they don't reply. Envato does nothing about it, always needs many days to reply and only answers with bullsh*t. Never gonna buy there anymore

At least 6 calls to telstra in the last few months on intermittent service.Each time the troubleshooting protocols on the smart modem. So I'm doing their work! Then they book a technician to visit , ask if anyone shows symptoms of covid (no) , no one comes so back around the merry go round of troubleshooting again and again. I pay for a service that doesn't work and then am asked to use my time to troubleshoot and fix it? Some very serious problems with how this company operates.
