I used the trial of the pdf compressor. However I forgot to cancel my membership due to a family crisis and full annual payment was taken. However staff took pity on me and quickly issued a refund. Staff are professional and helpful

I like Tom’s mindset and approach

I like Tom’s mindset and approach, he wants people to reap the benefits of investing for a lifetime even if they had a terrible year (or two). I joined in ‘21 (far too late in life, a few years before retirement), read and watched for a few months. The main message was, don’t worry about the price after recent large increases, because in 5 or 10 years, you won’t worry about it, the cost will be insignificant. That was very bad advice to give. I started investing small amounts from Apr ‘21 and used DCA in increasing amounts up to Dec ‘21. Many of my stocks were bought at the peak, 2-3 years later they are still nowhere near recovery, it may take another 5 or 10 years to get back to those prices, if ever. So more than 50% of my stocks are underwater!!!I kept investing and do have a few winners, but no where near the number of the SA picks. When you subscribe to SA, Epic or Backstage, I believe all the reports should be made available for those who have any active subscription & not try to fleece customers for more money. Also, with so many stocks recommended, it’s hard to stay with 25, I have a total of 85 and want to reduce this down to say 50-60. Maybe there should be a more active sell recommendations or transfer from SKLZ to TTWO or from UPST to NVDA or whatever.

That company and thier system are absolutely bunch of pillocks when it comes to technology products, yes they don't sell Xbox, playstation and other devices but I tried to sell my Samsung galaxy watch6 classic and it said watches because technically it's class a watch and so added it, then the system thinks it some type of mobile device. While I been looking through and how other people selling same thing and they don't remove it is a jokeUpdate 27th May: I'm selling my referee Refstuff Digital Watch and they removed because they think it's a smart watch and it's not as it got the function like a normal watch does and I tried to appeal it and guess what, they reject my appeal those bunch of f-ing c@#t.

Worst Customer Service! Basically Theft!

Item was delivered to me, but parcel has gone missing, contacted customer service, they told me that its MY responsbility to submit a claim. So i try and submit a claim, Which was only possible by the account holder. Now they have opened a case, where they have to do an investigation, and telling me its still my responsbility and they have limited responsibility. Which is clearly insanity, surely where there are restrictions on who can claim with a courier, this is entirely on them. I literally cannot believe this situation, the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time! Now I dont have an item and they have my money and im just at their mercy for X period of time before they decide what to do.

I have been using Outlook since the beginning of time, when it was called Hotmail.I have never seen such greedy company ever.They have put a limit of 5GB of storage (Outlook + Onedrive) and now wants you to buy more storeage if needed.Well, I have accumulated over 5GB of files throughout the last 20 years, and now I am forced to pay to be able to send emails again, or delete my important files.For anyone else, just go with Gmail. More benefits in 2023. It just a matter of time before Outlook lowers it further to 2 gb storage.

So cool to know your ancestral background, cause it can eliminate racism among us. I had no idea we were Irish and not German. I always thought I was a quarter German, but now I know I’m about a quarter Irish. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Won't cancel subscription, illegally take money from you account

Literally use any other video conferencing platform as this company steals your money. I cancelled my supscription multiple times yet each month Zoom still takes money from my account. I contacted them to cancel my subscription and they closed my ticket and took money from me again. I contacted their customer service team again asking for them to cancel my subscription and refund me. They keep replying by asking if I want to cancel my subscription for which I've replied I do multiple times now, demanded that they stop ripping me off immediately, and have asked a manager get in touch to discuss all the issues I'm having. They still haven't done any of it, though my account now claims I won't have money taken again next month. They're also refusing to refund me for the 5 months' subscription they illegally took from my account.

Zazzle cancelled my order because they are offering images on their website which are copyrighted but don't own right to it! And the images are still there.But worst, they took my money and at this day a month later I still wasn't refunded!

Account got hacked.Said email I’ve had for 12+years does not exist when I use it on the daily for work, Xbox etc.Lost my whole Xbox account/games/progress!All my items in steam sold.Customer support A.I. kept giving me the same things to try that I’ve done 100x over!A.I. kept appointing me to sign in to talk to someone, but how is that possible if my account no longer exists due to and email that goes by “hailey262337 from @yaloramail.su” took over everything?????Microsoft…. FIX YOUR SH*T and get a FU**ING Customer service care together that you can actually SPEAK TO!! At this point, I’d rather talk to Abbibi Jamal on the phone rather than get tossed into the Matrix by a DAMN TESLA BOT!!!!!!

Fake sale - Don't trust them

Like everybody here, I ordered a watch on their Christmas sale. It was quite timely as I was looking to upgrade my basic running watch. I held off on several other genuine bargains at the time in favour of this fake sale.Now two weeks later with no comms in between I've had my order cancelled and a 20% discount voucher issued. Safe to say I won't be using them again.

You call, they pick up the phone. They are friendly and knowledgable. ALSO, they are willing to stay on the phone as you work through the issue to make sure you can do what you need. All at a fraction of the cost of overcomplicated QuickBooks.
