The first company ever that contacts me back when I report a problem, and again, when I don't answer within a few weeks. The support is perfect, the products are good. My old NAS didn't work with my new Macbook, ... too bad, but that's normal with the evolution in technology, I suppose ...

Review of box
Our company subscribed to the cloud services of Box.com approximately three months ago, lured in by the promise of unlimited storage. The promotional page was enticing and instilled confidence. No limits were mentioned; everything appeared (almost too) perfect. We prepaid a substantial sum of €1134 for three user accounts (1 year). The registration process was quick and straightforward, and the customer service was responsive and friendly, giving us a positive impression.Troubles began about a month later when we received an email notification stating that we were exceeding the allowed bandwidth usage under their "fair usage policy." Simultaneously, all transfers were blocked, crippling our operations. We reached out to seek clarification, but received no response. It was only by researching various forums that we discovered Box.com had imposed "limits," which were never mentioned during our signup. A limit of 1 TB of bandwidth per month, which was absurd, considering we needed to migrate over 120 TB of data, would have taken over 10 years at that rate.Despite reducing our usage and instructing our users to do the same, it remained impossible to determine the consumed bandwidth since their monitoring tool consistently displayed a value of... 0!The following month, we received the same email, once again indicating we had exceeded our quota, leading to another transfer block lasting several days. Using their service had become a nightmare. Such measures represent a significant loss of productivity for any business. This was followed by an email informing us of the complete suspension of our account WITH IMMEDIATE DELETION OF OUR DATA! Interactions with customer service were bizarre. We requested access to our data because some collaborators had uploaded files they no longer possessed – the response was negative and disdainful. They offered a partial refund, which is entirely unacceptable, given that we would never have subscribed to this service had we known it was such a scam. Months wasted, money lost, hours of work gone, and an incomplete refund. It's almost as if we should be seeking compensation from them for being misled by their deceptive marketing! We won't stop here, and we will report Box.com to our local fraud enforcement agency because what these people are doing can only be described as clear-cut fraud. If you care even the slightest bit about your data and your money, RUN AWAY!

Review of zazzle
I couldn't thank Ryan @ Zazzle enough for the help and support designing a bridal shower invite. From fixing the text, spacing, and giving design advice - top notch 10/10 service. I would prefer sticking with zazzle over any other service any day because of the stellar service I got from Ryan!
Review of glassdoor
WEBUILDERSLLC.COM IS A COMPLETE SCAM! They sent me a list of services that they would provide to build a website for me for $500. They also provided FAKE GLASSDOOR AND TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS. The list stated twice 100% satisfaction guarantee but they honored none of it. On the 1st zoom call they provided "an example" of what my site would look like. It had nothing to do with my site. It was just an example. After the first zoom call they began a high pressure pitch for an additional $2300. They passed me from one person to the next for the $2300. After that call I cancelled all of my dealings with them. They kept my money and provided Chase Bank with something fake saying that I was usuing something they developed. STAY AWAY! WEBBUILDERSLLC IS A COMPLETE SCAM!
Review of capterra
Capterra has been fantastic, providing me with skills for reviews. I started without knowing what it takes to write reviews, but I learned a lot from the reviews I have done so far. I reviewed most of the software and apps I have been using for my work, and it is interesting to share your opinion on such tech issues. As for the rewards, they are just amazing. I have received all my rewards and these gigs have paid some bills. I say a big thumb up to Capterra.
Review of zara
I had to give it 1 star because there is no 0This is the worst experience in my life. It has been 6 months that i try to proof that i returned a jacket and of course i have all the proof because i returned it myself and they still want me to pay for it 😭 i can not imagine anything worse than that. The customer service is soooo bad they say it does not concern them. They won’t help me, won’t reply and still want me to pay for something that i have returned myself in the store 6 months ago. This is a disaster.

It seems that this service is blocking Ukraine bloggers to collect the money to support the poor people in the liberated territories and to support the Ukrainian soldiers and they allow the Russians to support the war and collect the money to buy the weapons and kill Ukrainians 😡The founders should be ashamed!!!!

I always have an issue with them, also they never give you a credit increase on your card.. I’ve never had any problems disputing a transaction with any of my credit card companies but I always have an issue with them. They don’t want to refund the money back to you so they say they will investigate but they don’t and just say you’re responsible for the charge .
Review of abebooks
Owned by Amazon-Ordered 2 books through ABE because I saw they "are a network of independent book stores". One book did arrive from an indie store, but the other arrived from amazon. I tried to return it (it was also a tiny font, and i wanted a full-size copy) and found out they do not require their "sellers" to accept returns if the book is not damaged, but that most will for good customer service practice. Sure enough, the "seller" told me they do not accept returns when i reached out. I also contacted Abe customer support about amazon fulfilling the order, explaining that I ordered through their site to avoid purchasing via amazon, and their customer service response was dismissive and condescending. A quick web search shows that 1. AbeBooks is terribly rated (no surprise), and that 2. they are owned by Amazon. Shame on me.
Review of abebooks
I bought a £27 (plus P&P) book from Great Book Prices, as advertised on Abe Books, but the book never arrived and the company failed to answer any of my emails over a period of several weeks. When I turned to Abe Books for help they told me my request had timed out and they couldn't help either. I have bought from AbeBooks successfully in the past but was very unhappy with their follow up. Now that I see Great Book Prices has such an appalling rating on Trust Pilot and is considered to be a scam company, I think Abe should remove all their books from their website and refund me my money.
