Review of facebook
I have been experiencing a frustrating issue with two-factor authentication on my Facebook account, making it impossible for me to log in. Despite my efforts in submitting numerous support tickets over the last two weeks, I still have not received the necessary verification code. This problem is also impacting my ability to oversee my advertising accounts. I urgently need assistance to resolve this matter and regain access to my account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.DENIZ YILDIRIM

Review of 99designs
A Mind-blowing final result. I couldn't be happier with my book cover. The designer nailed it. Not what I envisioned--much better! The support staff at 99designs was responsive and answered all of my questions. I was able to change the final design multiple times until we achieved the perfect result.I would recommend a contest to anyone wanting a lot of extra publicity...who doesn't?

Go pro won't synch properly. Spent an hour on the phone with someone whose knowledge of IT is 'have you tried switching it on and off'? Who kept asking for advice and putting me on hold. Said she would phone me back in 2 hours. 4 days later she phoned me back and said 'Technical advised sending you a new usb cable'. What? To make the wifi synch work? No customer support whatsover. Dreadful.

My package was delivered to the wrong zip code. Customer service was not helpful and could not provide an accurate explanation, but kept saying it might be a technical issue. Every agent I chatted with was rude and dismissive! I filed a claim with USPS, and ASOS refused to investigate my lost order. The manager Akshay was no help at all

I bought a dress from the Oxford St store. Unfortunately, it was too tight around the bust area, so looked up on the app - and a size bigger was available for click & collect. Went today to collect, only to be told the terms:"you can only exchange in store, or send back via post at your cost"! I get it - a Japanese store in the West...what I don't get, is that management really need to bring their policies in-line with UK stores, if they do intend to survive....think the GAP etc - they all disappeared! So I proceeded to spend an hour talking with staff to how best to deal with these returns and find a suitable exchange.I can say for sure that I will not be using Click & Collect at Uniqlo ever again and will steer clear of its stores for a long while to come.1) when trying on garments, I went to get my husband to be told " you must wear your shoes". So I put my shoes on without tying laces and trip - so long as Uniqlo have satisfied their own H&S rules.2) Big signs advertising Click & Collect - well, why not state that if you return in store it's only via exchange not refund?3) I totally get, it's all in the T&Cs....but who reads the T&Cs for a store, that one expects to behave in a like minded manner to other chain stores. At least Sports Direct's rules are clear.4) returned a white top - I didn't see a mark on the back when I bought it - and I only tried it on once, in my bedroom. On close inspection the mark was noticed by the shop assistant. So, do you give customers a choice when buying to use a human - more often than not, you point them to the self checkouts...which could be dirty! If only you inspected the clothes being sold closely as you examine the returns. MAD!MAD!MAD!EVEN YOUR OWN STAFF LAUGH AT YOUR RIDICULOUS RULES. WITH ALL THAT WHITE SPACE ON THE WALL - WRITE UP YOUR RULES, SO CUSTOMERS ARE CLEAR ON WHAT TO EXPECT.Suggest that Uniqlo reduce their ridiculous "Japanese / HYGIENE" rules, which work well for a well regimented society but not suitable for the West. You've lost one fan...and that is for sure. My husband has wowed never to return...2 MAN hours wasted because of "hygiene" factors and rigid rules. I feel sorry for the shop floor staff, who have to deal with stupid rules that management made up. Come on a shopping trip with me in your store and I'll show you how to make it customer friendly....not management friendly. Any offers to come and join me? I thought not.

I just have to rant somewhere because the Skype to Teams transition is one of the most botched freaking product migrations OF ALL TIME.My contacts DID NOT sync automatically. The Skype app became instantly unusable INCLUDING my contacts list, so I cannot even do it manually. My family can still call me on Skype, so I can hear the chime, but instead it's the static Teams migration screen which is ENTIRELY UNHELPFUL.F YOU, MICROSOFT TEAMS PRODUCT TEAM. DO BETTER.YOU ALL GET PAID WAY TOO MUCH TO BOTCH THIS SO BADLY.
