My package was delivered to the wrong zip code. Customer service was not helpful and could not provide an accurate explanation, but kept saying it might be a technical issue. Every agent I chatted with was rude and dismissive! I filed a claim with USPS, and ASOS refused to investigate my lost order. The manager Akshay was no help at all
