Called all three customer service numbers to report a stolen card. On hold 54 min yesterday. On hold 48 min plus another 1 hr 32 min today. Had to call police THEY couldn't do anything said to call TD stolen card # but it goes to the exact same call hold and nothing. DO NOT GET A MASTERCARD EVER. THEY ARE DANGEROUSLY USELESS.MAY 19 UPDATE: I went to a TD Branch and the Branch Manager said that MBNA uses TD as the banking partner but MBNA is NOT a TD service. HE tried to access a "back line" to cancel my card BUT GOT THE SAME VOICE MAIL HELL AND COULD NOT GET THROUGH! He was amazed that MBNA did not even have a back channel. We waited, in his office for 1hr:37 min and finally got an attendant and immediately cancelled the card (whew!). Then I got a letter from MBNA that they cancelled my card due to not being used for 28 months!!!! This was my Amazon.ca card and I used it every single month. Unbelievably stupid. MBNA should enroll in the lowest IQ for barely humanoid life award. DO NOT USE MASTERCARD MBNA EVER

I work alone and had a two seat plan. Then, suddenly in October I was charged for a 5 seat plan which cost $90 more. I tried multiple times to reach out to rectify the situation. Their live chat never seems to work, no one responds to email, and there is no phone number. I don't need to pay $156/month to manage my to-do list and to be subjected to this kind of horrible service.

My husband got me a zara gift card from the Netherlands. Zara gave me a gift card from Poland. I have been trying to sort this out for a month, with proof of payments, photos, etc and it is still not sorted. Zara then said the money was loaded on the card, but they loaded it on the same card so AGAIN, it didn’t work as it was from Poland. No one has got back to me since my last complaint and now we have reached a month of this.

I have been banking with WellsFargo for well over 15 years. Their customer service is exquisitely poor. Despite running millions of dollars they provided me with virtually NO assistance business wise or personal wise in terms of growth. Sdditionally after having a credit card with NO late payments they closed the card. Their practices are discriminatory and arbitrary. I have received much better treatment at another bank immediately. When I brought this to their attention, it fell upon deaf ears and then 6 month later my card was closed.

Worst broker I've ever dealt with.Let me start off by saying I have accounts with 5 different brokerages and have looked into several others, I am also a qualified purchaser so I am very well versed in this industry.Jp Morgan's self directed account is the absolute WORST platform to invest on, the next worst doesn't even come close to how bad this platform is.No extended hours trading, no securities lending, you cannot simultaneously have a margin account and trade options, you cannot buy OTC equities, and the customer support is the worst.I've been trying to transfer shares out of my JPM account into Fidelity for the past 30 days and JPM doesn't even have an ounce of a clue as to why their system is rejecting the transfer. They've cost me thousands of dollars in securities lending income.RUN don't walk away from these guys.

Do not ever buy a Dell computer!! I purchased a nearly $3000 XPS 15 in October 2021 and have had nothing but issues since then. Customer support is absolutely awful. After less than 3 months, my computer stopped working. I was living in Europe and traveling through Croatia and had no plans to go back to the US. In order to get a replacement computer, I had to purchase a plane ticket and fly all the way back to the US. I am now back in Europe again and sure enough I need a motherboard replacement. I am currently in London and waiting for the technician to contact me. I have waited 12 days and have heard nothing. Every day, I contact Dell support and every day they tell me the problem is being escalated and that somebody will contact me. Well, nobody has contacted me. I have provided two different numbers. I have received no calls, voicemails, messages, or emails. I have spent hours going back and forth with support. I purchased three additional Dell computers for my company last year but I will never ever buy a computer from them again. The lesson I have learned is to never buy a product if local support is not available. Speaking with somebody located half-way across the world and that has zero accountability is frustrating to say the least. Stay away!!
