I’ve joined Hulu on 1/28/23 for live TV package and has been charged $75.76, however was never succeeded to connect to live TV. I’ve spent more than 4 hours on phone with Hulu’s technical support to fix the issue. Though Hulu’s technical support tried to first blame the problem to Internet’s speed, IP address and so on, finally they’ve blamed it on Roku, and since they couldn’t fix the problem, I had no choice but to cancel. On 1/31/23 a credit in the amount $68.19 and $2.93 which adds up to $71.12 was issued. That’s a difference of $4.64 short of what I was charged for.I was never used any of Hulu’s services and I shouldn’t have been charged for just signing up with HULU. Shame on you HULU; perhaps you needed more than I do!!!

I've dealt with hulu for the last 4 years on an off an I think I might have been able to watch a full month out of those four years of TV every time I try playing a show it says sorry something went wrong I'll get a third of the way in a show and it stops and won't let me play and I've used it in Michigan if tried redoing it in SC and now I'm in fl and it still sucks the. They charge you more than the 9.99 that they say it cost they charged me 12.63 and I canceled it months ago just stick with Amazon or Netflix stay away from hulu

Cat sitter was a great companion for our cat. She really enjoyed his company. We were able to relax on our short vacation because our sitter sent me several pictures of my cat and let me know when he arrived and departed. He also was very helpful with advice on my cat’s health. Exceptional job.
