I hate how I just gave all my players into an sbc and I did not receive the pack after completing the entire sbc, it said I had completed it and I claimed my pack. But when I went over to the store to look at my packs, it was not there! Please, oh please fix your game EA because this has happened yo my 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Nothing about customer service, just the program itself. It’s not even worth contacting customer service because this damn program is utterly and entire non-user friendly. Working on a project for a week now. I’ve spent 2/3 of the week googling, reading, and watching dumb tutorials that don’t wind up helping me at ALL. And i have to sort/google/watch through 20 videos to just finally realize none is helping with my issue. If I think it’s helped, I excitedly jump over to my project and try it out just to discover it’s not even there like the vid said (new version maybe? Idk I’ve not figured that out yet. Since I’ve been subscribed to Canva over the past year or so, I’ve not once been able to complete a project in the way I’ve envisioned/designed it. NOT ONCE! So after this week determined to make this project work and wasting GOBS (over half) of time searching for tutorials and articles to show me how to do it and I’m now sitting here after 9 hours trying to create/complete/print this stupid project I was ridiculously excited to do and still spinning my wheels no matter how many tutorials I watch.it’s just occurred to me after all this time I’ve wasted on canva with this project that I could’ve hired a professional to create and print it for me in literally a fraction of the time and resources I’ve wasted going in circles on this damn program. Gotta go now… giving up on this horrific program/project… headed over to cancel my subscription after having wasted 6+ months of subscription to this program when both my time and my money could’ve been better spent hiring someone to just do the whole damn thing for me. I’ll not waste another 5 minutes on this horrible “design and create” program’s platform. I wish I’d accepted its non user friendly bullcrap the first few times it made me want to pull my hair out. I’m a dumbass.

Have been a member for years. Since retiring went for my walk every day at my local national trust property (Saltram house) since corvid have not been once. I will not even attempt to book a (slot) as it is outside and the risk is minuscule. Ridiculous pc crap. And then the prince of darkness orders redundancies of their priceless employees. The national trust used to be a national treasure, now its a corporate shambles. Sack tim whats his face or is the corporate agenda too entrenched. Will not renew my membership next year.

I made a booking over the phone with Royal Caribbean directly. When we got the details of the booking through, there was no mention of the food and drinks packages I'd agreed to. Six (6) weeks, 4 calls, 8 emails and still no response, I finally got to speak to someone who said there was no mention of the packages in our booking phone call. I asked to listen to the recording and they refused. Essentially, they sell you a package over the phone, quote you a cost, then excludes items and you have no recourse. Unbelievably, the manager I eventually spoke to asked if I wanted to add the drinks and food packages in to the booking at double the price they originally were! I said I would cancel the booking and he said there is a queue of people on a waiting list so it didn't matter. So, I am cancelling a £15,000 cruise on the back of an appalling customer service experience - looking at the other reviews it doesn't look like the care less. This is by far and away, the worst of the worse of companies and I beg any reader to avoid at all cost.

Less than 1*. I pay $10 a month for pandora, in an economic climate where people can’t afford rent. It was the only music app I used. It has deleted all my playlist multiple times and I’ve paid to lose all the music I had on file. Pandora is garbage and is a dying bread because it’s terrible at providing the service they offer. Deleted my subscription and my app for good. Just use Spotify.
