Let me share my recent shopping adventure with ASOS—it’s like a plot twist in a bad rom-com. One month, I’m enjoying free returns, and the next, I’m being charged for them! ASOS rolled out a “fair use policy” that profiles my shopping habits without me knowing. They give a vague message about categories of customers who might have to pay for returns. Who knew shopping could turn into a covert operation? I assumed I was in the clear, but suddenly I get hit with a return charge! When I reached out to customer service, they said, “We popped a message about the new policy.” Really? Am I supposed to be a mind reader? In the end, I deleted my ASOS account. More money in my savings, but at what cost? If I wanted to feel like a “bad shopper,” I’d just read my old report cards. Thanks, ASOS, but I’ll be shopping elsewhere!

Very poor refund service!!!! I bought loads of items online and kept some but returned most of the items as it does not fit. Returned the items thru Evri and they claimed that I returned random items and not the items I bought which is ridiculous as I packed all the items in the same uniqlo bag as it came. I contacted the customer service but no one responded at all. I will never buy anything from this company again!!!! Will just file for a credit dispute then.

The absolute worst business website out there. They allow people to write reviews without verifying if they are real. Run screaming for the hills. Also they won't delete your business if you ask them to. They claim it's for the good of the public. Ok, so what if you move or change what you do? They should be sued to oblivion

Temu offers a wide variety of products. I have purchased items ranging from jewelry to kitchen equipment. I only had one issue with a ring I purchased where a cz fell out of it. I contacted temu and had a quick refund. I did not have to send back the ring either. I haven’t had any delivery issues or package issues. (Delivery issues aren’t their fault, but usps’ fault.) I’ve never had a damaged package. The packages come quick too, less than 2 weeks for me.

Joined for the free lessons, but then the inevitable 'Give Us Your Money' to proceed messages started.I did not want to start paying what I cannot afford, and they sure were not upfront about wanting you to start throwing money at them or how much. For that reason, I deleted my account. That, however, does not stop companies like this from continuing to bombard me with almost daily e-mails.Check the non-existent replies from them here to see if they give a damn, and they have zero customer support on the website.I guess I am grateful I did not start paying because hey, how would you stop these people taking your money 😒🙄

Door Dash continuously deducted fees from my credit card for 8 months, and I didn't even have an account with them. When I sent them an email, provided by them, it was a non-reply email. I entered a chat with their customer service and was cut off 3 times because I didn't answer fast enough. The last associate told me that she was connecting me to an "expert", and no one ever responded. Door Dash is a ripoff, so check all of your credit card and bank statements to make sure they're not charging you anything, even if you don't have an account with them.

I returned an item to zara.com waited over 2 weeks no email communication at all from zara. Only the delivery company emailed to say it was delivered I would not have known they recieved it back. Got a phone number to call zara but line drops as soon as u diall. Had to communicate via what's app. They say they won't send back any money until at least 15 days have passed since item was returned. Still waiting with no communication from zara. I would never shop there again. Meanwhile have sent some things back to hollister and shein no problems email updates and money back within a few days

Absolute nightmare!They disabled my SIM card as apparently they didn’t have my address but in the meantime I was receiving letters at home from them :) it took me around 10 calls with the extremely poor customer service to fix it. Now after one week my SIM card doesn’t work again for whatever is the new problem that I still need to find out… and I didn’t mention here dozens of other issues I had along the way! I will change operator ASAP. Do a favor yourself… do not sign up with them!

This is my first-ever review, but Notion’s support was so bad that I had to write it. I canceled my paid subscription, yet out of nowhere, I was charged 3.5 times more than usual. Their support claimed it was because I added a user — which I never did. When I asked for a refund, they refused at first. Only after insisting did they offer me a laughable $12, while they basically stole around $60 from me. I repeatedly asked to speak with a supervisor, and they consistently ignored me. It was only when I involved their legal department and head of finance that I finally got reimbursed.I still have a freemium account, but after this ugly experience, I don’t enjoy using it at all. Avoid Notion!

I will never buy any products from Logitech. The quality is really bad. I own the Logitech G910 gaming keyboard few months later 4 of key caps broken off. I have contacted the customer and the warranty departments they said there are no replacements for the keycaps. DONT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM LOGITECH.

I changed my initial comment. I have to admit that the customer service is really great. That is the whole story: I used the plugin, and I had some bugs that I could not solve and asked for a zoom which was cancelled. That's why I ask for a refund. In the beginning, my refund request was not working, and I thought I would never get back my money. That's why initially, I put one star. But then the customer service was really nice and solved the issue. I get my money back. They were always really polite and responsive. I received a complete refund. And I have to respect the great quality of the service. I can't give a 5-star review because of the bug that I encounter on my website with the plugin, but The overall user experience was great.
