If I could give zero stars I would.i ordered 22 items of clothing on the 31st January 25.My parcel was split into 2 consignment.the 1st package was meant to contain 21 items but on receiving my parcel and opening it I realised there were 6 items missing.I messaged them on all the different platforms and the customer service was sooooo slow and unhelpful.After telling them I would contact my bank they expedited my case and offered a refund.unfortunately they have only refunded for one item of clothing upon receiving their email I messaged back asking exactly the amount which would be refunded and I am still waiting for a reply from them.absolute shambles of a company and super poor customer service.

Commande le 8 Novembre 2018. Supplément pour livraison en 48heures. En admettant que le week-end n'est pas ouvré, le colis était attendu pour le Lundi 12 novembre.Le 13 Novembre pas de colis. Appel à la ligne taxée 45 cts la minute, attente 15 minutes et la réponse est :"c'est normal, nous vous expédierons dans les 48h ou nous les aurons reçus".Arrivée dans un point retrait le 14 Novembre 2018; soit 6 jours après la commande alors que les frais de port étaient pour 48heures.Pas sérieux, vous trouverez les mêmes articles au même prix voire moindre sur un site en A qui respecte ses délais ou bien en W qui est moins cher mais n'affirme pas de date d'arrivée.

I returned my order on 4/11 and they received it on 4/17, they say I should receive my refund within 5-10 days and I still don't have it. I haven't been able to get in touch with any customer reps and this is a $200 order. I'm trying to dispute it, but sadly I used the Macy's credit card which I really regret at the moment. Anyone have any advice on how to receive a refund when Macy's has the items already...

Of course is a scam. Ordered three Funko Pops in july.(there aren’t even Funkos on the website anymore) It’s september now and I still didn’t get them. I keep contacting the service support but nothing, I only get emails with “We will check your order”. Useless to say that I will never see my package or my money back

The blue RGB light on my almost 3- year old G502 broke. An extremely insignificant issue. For fun I sent an RMA request to Logitech, since the store warranty had already expired, but there was a few months of factory warranty left. After sending some proof of the broken light, Logitech went "Sure, we'll send you a new one" and a few days later, a brand new G502 appeared at my front door, sent all the way from Frankfurt to my homeland, Finland. And I didn't even need to send the broken mouse back. The shipping probably cost more than the mouse itself, but in the long run, it will pay itself back. This is true customer service.

I have been selling for a decade, over 2500 positive reviews and a perfect 100% rating. None of that matters! They didnt like me questioning their authority so they just shut me down instead of taking constructive criticism! F*K E-GAY!!!
