No refund still

I ordered from Little Caesars on August 5. They canceled my order because the store was closed due to a hurricane.. They took out $23.23 It is now The 28th and I’ve called them five different times to get my refund and every time they say 10 to 12 days in the last two times it was a supervisor will escalate it with Little Caesars wait 2 to 3 more days. I’ve been through both scenarios one twice and the other one three different times. .. I tried to chat with someone and in the middle of the chat they closed it out on me. I called them and asked to speak to a supervisor and have yet to speak to. They said they would call me back and no one has called me back yet. Not going for any reason because you won’t get your money back and IF you do it will be months

Stay away!!

Had I known, i would never have ordered from Crocs! Absolutely disgusting customer service! Footwear caused me bruising in between toes, so I returned. I have contacted Crocs by WhatsApp, email and live chat only to be lied to! It's been over a month and no refund! They keep promising and don't deliver there promise! They are also not consistent and keep advising different dates! I'm soo angry and will never ever buy from them again!

Absolute worst

OMG. This online company is SO NOT WORTH the hassle. What the heck is going on?? Five phone calls later, I still do not have the partial refund I was promised. I ordered 2 sets of 2 serving bowls, for a total of 4 bowls. I received 2 bowls. Round and round we go, re replacing (out of stock), a suggestion to return 2 and receive 4 (huh?), RMA numbers, UPS tracking numbers, promises of refunds that never come to fruition, requirements to wait 2 business days, then 3 business days, then 5 business days, etc. The call centers I dealt with comprised very pleasant people who CANNOT SOLVE the problem. Repeating: This is so not worth the hassle!

I made a mistake with the sending. At the place of 10 the site put 25 for the Fed Ex expedition. Impossible to change or to cancel my command. So a pay 15 to much for nothing.

Punished for patience

Ordered several items during the Black Friday deals. When you purchase multiple items, all of them arrive on the latest delivery date. Waited over a month and after Christmas to get an email saying the entire order had been cancelled. Called to investigate as nobody actually spoke to me and found that it was because one item was now unavailable. Displeased, but asked for the rest of the order. Dell refused to honor the original cost with the offer and my Dell points. Repeatedly bounced from Sales to Customer Service until one agent said they would attempt to get the order live again and to wait for a call back. Not been contacted since. I honestly feel like being patient with the arrival hurt me and could have cost me an extra £200. I got my partners birthday presents elsewhere. We used to be Alienware for life.

Middletown NJ Tractor Supply is a Joke

My complaint is with the Middletown NJ store. I called them up asking if they repaired lawn tractor tires. The kid on the phone said sure. So I brought two front tires to the store. There were ony two staff in the place, one being at the checkout with a long line of customers waiting. When I finally found the other staff member, some kid who appeared to be high or drunk, she replied, "Repairs, No, but we can sell you a whole new wheel!"All i needed was the tire repaired. Gonna take the tires to my local mechanic who still values keeping his customers happy. Tractor Supply, on the other hand, is a joke.

This company is ridiculous 🙄 I can't get into my account and I have used their "process" to get back in and have tried so many times to upload my drivers license and it keeps saying retake the picture anyone else having this issue? Customers service won't help they keep referring me back to persona that doesn't work! Or I have to sign a paper with a notary to get into the system never have a had any issues with any of there site

I purchased You Tube premium and it wasn't worth the 159.00 USD that I paid. So I tried to cancel and found that you cannot cancel the subscription. The Manage Subscription only allows you to add you to "Top Up." And you cannot contact them.
