I am somewhat baffled. I have listed tickets multiple times and made successful sales on Seatgeek, but I can NEVER view my listings or my ACCURATE sales history. Neither my laptop or my Iphone app will ever give an accurate indication of my listings. Tickets that were listed 2 days ago still do not appear anywhere. Also, there are listings from 6 months ago that are still occupying space. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND!

Ordered a stove for delivery. Put in the delivery instructions that I wouldn't be home until 2pm. I get an email saying that my delivery was between 8am and noon. Obviously no one in that department reads instructions. I called and was told sorry, what other day do you want? I canceled the order about an hour after making it. The email showed canceled and a zero charge. My bank reflected the non charge. Then this morning the charge is pending on my credit card. I called again and was again told sorry. Sorry is the correct word for Lowes. Absolute morons are their employees. That was the first and last time I ever use this company. Garbage policy for protecting consumers.

I have been a loyal customer since 2014.I don't have access to the email for the 2 step verification and I requested to update it from the customer service. The response received was totally unbelievable. They refuse to update my email despite I have all proofs of the ownership of the account as the bank details and transactions for games and subscriptions. I can't imagine that they don't have processes for such cases and after several discussions with the customer service they start threatening me to block the conversation despite my request ia legit they say you can go to court... Unbelievable. I am totally disappointed. Now I have subscription for ubisoft + and I cannot have access even to delete it. They refuse to help. I don't see what to do and this is a simple request not a big deal. Now I have to file a complain with authority because they don't allow me to have access to my account and subscription purchased legally.
