Ordered a stove for delivery

Ordered a stove for delivery. Put in the delivery instructions that I wouldn't be home until 2pm. I get an email saying that my delivery was between 8am and noon. Obviously no one in that department reads instructions. I called and was told sorry, what other day do you want? I canceled the order about an hour after making it. The email showed canceled and a zero charge. My bank reflected the non charge. Then this morning the charge is pending on my credit card. I called again and was again told sorry. Sorry is the correct word for Lowes. Absolute morons are their employees. That was the first and last time I ever use this company. Garbage policy for protecting consumers.
