Review of capitalone
I have never had to verify my identify and address 4 months after making an account, but Capitol One, which I have had a credit card for 10 years with, all of a sudden requires this verification, because I made a bank account to receive their $300 bonus. To verify, you have to call a number, this number likely has one person at it and you will never get your call answered. When does this fall into the category of fraud?
