Zero customer support or service. Made a crypto deposit into my account over a month ago and the funds have not arrived, been trying to contact customer service ever since but can not get a response no matter what, they will not help me and they will not respond to me, I have emailed I have sent messages through the chat tool and they re fuse to respond. The only minor response I got was when I left a bad review on the app store where they said of reach out and we will help you which was an utter lie, I am sure they will respond here to my review so they can trick other people into using their platform but they will NEVER offer actual support to their customers. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLATFORM

Tried sending USDT to another wallet and 3 times the transaction did not go through even when I reduced the amount, and 3 times they charged me fees. Contacted them on chat and they put me to specialist chat, but for 15 minutes no one came to address my issue. Finally withdrew the funds and used Coinbase to transfer. Use them at your own risk. Lost £70 through fees.

I've been burned twice. I'm never going to buy any ASUS products again. I first had to send in my gamers laptop 3 times to get fixed. It's still not 100%. Now they have this lame promotion on their gamming routers. A code is supposed to come from the vendors for a call of duty game. The problem is that some vendors (like Amazon) do not have the codes. ASUS customer support says that it's not their problem even though it's their promotion.

You cannot call a review of something that is your own opinion on political topics unrelated even to the product in question. If you have a personal problem with the author of the book the game is based on, there are other places to voice your comments. Not to mention that there is nothing in both the game and the books that the author of the "review" has a problem with. It's obvious she didn't even play the thing she was reviewing. And no, this is not an attack on a community that feels only disgusted by such a terrible review.

Sadly, the free tier of Survey Monkey is now a bait and switch scam. The large print said it was free to send to 100 people or fewer, but it did not just as clearly state that I was limited to 45 responses (unless I upgraded to a paid account), or that I would have to pay to download a text file of the response data.

I listed two set of tickets for Florida Panthers Round 2 NHL Playoffs in the USD, sold my tickets in USD. I then provided Seat Geek a Canadian bank account to pay me out and they converted my USD sale prices to CAD, then used the exchange rate to lower my payout by about $350 for each set of tickets, for a total of $700 dollars. They need to ask for bank account first to solve this issue. They have barely responded to my inquiries. I can't afford to lose $700 due to their backend issues.
