The company delivers what they advertise.

The company is doing a great job in preserving old games as well as opening the doors for new ones.I would still like to have more old games that are not available anywhere, but I know it's not their fault, there are a lot of issues related to the original developers, licenses, and it can take a while or not be solved at all.With all that out of the way, the company is delivering what they intended, as far as incidents like HITMAN don't happen again.

GoG Forever

GoG is a necessary service not just for competition to the likes of Steam or the Epic store but for the preservation of older games that would otherwise fall into obscurity, made playable for the audiences of today to rediscover.

7 days to return an item but sellers get carte blanche

Serves as marketplace for independent sellers. Very few items actually sold by company. Takes no responsibility for bad actors/fraudulent sellers. I am returning an item and was provided with this: Please note: your shipping label will be automatically voided if your package is not picked up and scanned into shipping carrier's system within 7 days of the Shipping Label Date listed below. HOWEVER, many sellers in their marketplace create shipping labels for product that is not in stock and do not ship items in a timely manner. These sellers certainly do not ship within 7 days. Newegg would be better if they would act more like amazon and police their sellers and hold them to the same standards that they hold the customers to that want to return an item. I get 7 days to return an item but sellers get carte blanche in shipping them?Apparently most suppliers are drop shippers from china that create shipping labels when you order but do not actually ship until weeks or months later if at all. Better off buying through amazon prime sellers with 1 or 2 day delivery through prime. It might cost more but you will actually get what you ordered in a reasonable period of time.

Review of macys

NO Customer Service and NO order !

I have been a long time Macy's customer but, I will never place another order from Macys.com again. I had placed an order on June 2, 2020 for 2 items both in stock and to be shipped and arrive by the est. date of the 12th of June. I waited and waited finally I received one of the items I ordered , of course it would be the item that was for myself the other item was for a gift for a little boy I know. Macy's did charge my credit card the minute I placed the order and by June 16th I was getting upset as I still had not received the other item. I tried many many times to contact macy's customer service and they had none ! I would have thought a company as large as Macy's would have people working from home doing customer service but no, no customer service at all. I see from the latest review's that they must have just recently as of July 3 or so hired some customer service reps. because all the times I called there were none , absolutely nobody to speak to I would wait and it was all automated and tell me to find all my answers on the FAQ's online at macys.com after I waited for so long they would state , at this time during the covid crisis there are no agents to assist you and the phone would disconnect. I kept trying and finally contacted my credit card and had a dispute put on the charge , they took the money back from macy's until I either received my item or macy's let me know I was never going to get the item. I waited and waited never heard another word from macy's. Then on Sat. June 27 a package was delivered and it was the item, a little too late for when I needed it and also the wrong size. I am now stuck with it , I am not sending it back as I'm afraid I'll never get refunded because I don't trust them anymore and there is NO customer service. I don't plan on contacting them at all , I may just to tell them how very upset I am about how they have handled their business during the covid as they called crisis , All other online stores still had Customer service during this corona virus and there is no reason Macy's couldn't have had customer service, too cheap to pay employee's to work from home. I will never order from Macy's again and now see why they are losing all their customers and having to close all the stores. Bad business practices and they don't care about their customers that have shopped with them for years.

The account kept on making me reauth…

The account kept on making me reauth EVERYTIME I signed in, I informed lastpass so many times with comments and nothing done. Now been charge for another year, no heads up of renewal either. Crazy when we want to access our passwords on the go and have to reauth EVERYTIME...terrible service including the fact noone ever got back to my feed backs.

Review of ulta

Problem with the account

I had an issue to login to my account for 6 MONTHS!!!! I've been calling and texting them all these 6 months and every time I would just get an answer give us 24-48 hours to fix the issue. Very horrible customer service, not helpful at all. I think technical support is even worse.ULTA IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY, THEY DON'T KEEP THEIR PROMISES. The worst thing is - ULTA DOESN'T CARE. I wish I knew it before.
