GoDaddy has always been able to fix any issue I have had. I have been with them for 5 or 6 years and never had to make a second call because they didn't fix it the first time. CS today was very patient and helpful - issue resolved!

i wanna tell everyone my experience i lost an entire booking because of webjet in Australia and Emirates. Due to a dissability and had a carer travelling with me we were going from Belgrade to Sydney via Bangkok. We arrived at the airport and found out my carer was not allowed to board the flight and we missed. I contacted webjet and told them what had happening and was advised that we were non show. Non show is a lie we were denied entry to catch a connecting flight to Sydney. and were trying to charge us a non show fee. Which i could not afford at the time , so we spent 2 days at airport and could not have decency to allow us to get back to Australia and lost $2800 . I tried to get onto emirates that all i found was incompotent fools first at Belgrade Airport where staff had to use google to not us allow to board a flight to Sydney. I got to tell u a 1 star rating is generous and i can tell u i will never fly Emirates again. I lost $2800 and then to have the nerve that sat we were a no show was a down and out lie . and Webjet in Australia said that it was Emirates companypolicy to impose huge fees then they caused the entire problem. And 1 star is only cause there or negarive red stars. Avoid Emirates will never fly with them again. No wonder 67% of their trust pilot reviews are 1 star.

HORRIBLE customer service. They charged me over $1k on an account that was for an old client I no longer had access to, and absolutely refused to work with me to get a refund. I worked with my bank on trying to get the charge back even... but now because the bank looked at the transaction they cant help at all?? HATE. Do not recommend at all. Horrible for small businesses.

Honestly I was SO scared of booking with Agoda after reading all the reviews and the bad experiences everyone had with them.. but the prices in there were so tempting and I had a good feeling about this so I chose the option « book now pay later » contacted the hotel a few hours after the booking, got the confirmation of the hotel to be 100% sure and finally paid! with all sincerity I did not have any kind of issue, everything went smoothly the hotel is amazing and I payed half the price compared to the other apps I usually use, just wanted to share my experience for those who are anxious like me cause I was SCARED. Just make sure to confirm with the hotel to be extra careful and hope you enjoy your holidays wherever it will be!

Having being member of TA for over 12 years, I have found it to be hotbed of abuse etc for whichTA tend to ignore, and when you try to get them to control it, what do they do? They remove your ability to post without explaining why, and the offensive person ( bigotry and racism) is allowed to continue their offensive comments. This is on the Ireland forum. The simple fact is that they do not look after their contributors. They need to clean up their act if thy want to be taken seriously, and interact with their genuine contributors

One of the worst buying experiences i have had on line. First, if a sales rep in China thinks its ok to call a customer dear or friend, they are not correct, BAD ETIC ATE. They are sales reps & should call a customer by sir/mam Mr/Mrs Name or there 1st name. NOT dear or friend. I was looking for a price for 36 lifepo4 battery's & on average it took around 10 back & forth messages to get 2 answers Price & shipping. Why they have to contact DPD to get a price every time, i dont know. One sales person over there sold me 2 items & i paid within 1 hour. I then got a message saying they are not allowed to sell to the UK & it then took 8 days to get my money back off PayPal. So, would i deal with alibaba again. Not a hope in hell. I i will now close the account
