I recently upgraded to pro and wanted to merge two accounts together. I followed their instructions they didn't work. I opened a ticket almost a month ago, the ticket was "elevated" to High priority twice and I haven't heard a word from support other than an email about 18 days ago that said my ticket is still in queue for the next available billing agent. It's not a problem finding help when you want pay to upgrade your account, you hear crickets when it comes time get support for your account.
