My credit card expired and I received several messages saying my subscription would not be renewed because of that situation, which was ok with me, because I had no intention of renewing my subscription. I was very surprised to see a payment for 247,09$ CAD on my credit card statement accredited to Zoom. I contacted Zoom to inform them of the situation, with proofs stating they said my subscription would not be renewed if I didn't update my credit card details. Zoom's customer service acknowledged the situation and the mistake but, because of their "no refund policy" are not going to issue a refund. Regardless of the product's quality or not, this is not the type of practice that I want to encourage.
