As an apartment community owner

As an apartment community owner, I have tried repeatedly to contact zillow customer service. You get a generic voicemail asking you to leave a message, which I have done several times. 2 days later, I received an email from a rep ("Cheryl") saying to contact her; it had a phone number, which I called and left 3 separate messages with no reply. Her email was generic ("rentalsupport"), to which I did send 2 emails and never received any response. "Customer service" is a DEAD END.
