I placed an order for 4 ornaments of 5 of the cats we've cared for and passed away over 40 years for a special xmas gift for my wife. I then ordered another single because I wasnt happy about one of the images I worked with. they couldn't be reached and I waited for 30 minutes on hold to chat with a live agent 1 hour after placing the order in hopes of correcting it. Next day i just ordered another item and having to pay more shipping. !st single order came first. Terrible quality. Blurred image. And they printed one of my other images on the reverse, which I didn't want. Yes they refunded my payment. 2nd order of 4 came and all 4 images are trash. Again 2 of them with images on the reverse. Very poor quality and blurry images. 4 days b4 xmas and now what am I supposed to do? My special gift ruined. Yes, they refunded my payment but this has ruined the one unique special present for my wife. Thanks alot zazzle. Your company stinks and your products are trash. Don't waste your time or money with them. Shop elsewhere for special ornaments and anything else. They get an F MINUS.
