So I made an online purchase, couldn’t wait to receive it!! I wanted to wear it this weekend to a Mother’s Day Brunch. Went to try it on, why one leg was longer than the other 😫. Called customer service!! Why I was offered a coupon code for free shipping on my next purchase. I was highly offended. I said Sir all my online purchases is always free.. he goes that’s the only thing that I can offer you for the inconvenience. So I had to return the item in store.. Oh wait he did offer to send me a return label.. which I declined. I told him I rather return it in person due to their very strict return policy. So now I’m back to square one looking for a Mother’s Day outfit. And yes it’s not the end of the world but it’s the principle. I should’ve been offered more than just a code for free shipping on my next order. And trust me I took pictures!!
