Appalling customer service

My daughter purchased a dress for me on the 15th of July which I attempted to return 2 days later as unfortunately it was the wrong size. I went to the same branch and requested an exchange for the same item in a different size ( which they had on a hanger in front of me) as I had no receipt I was told to contact customer service who would issue a receipt for said item. After providing the date and exact time of purchase they are still refusing to help me as she paid in cash... I don't want money back just the same dress in a different size... I have spent over 5 hours communicating with the robots that work in customer services and have still got no where... I normally spend around €250 a month in Zara but will NEVER purchase anything in her again
