Worst customer service. Called and chatted with a representative. My order left the packing facility a week ago three hours from me. It still is not here. I was told there was nothing I could do but wait. When I said I needed the outfit for family photos this weekend I was told that any replacement couldn’t be expedited (an extra $6) bc I did not originally pay for that. I paid for 2-4 day shipping. We are two weeks past when I ordered. The representatives were rude, wouldn’t let me speak, talked over me, and when I asked him to stop speaking over me he then informed me that I was taking over him (as he had started speaking apparently as a customer and female I should have stopped). What a deplorable experience. Do not order from them. It sounds like my experience was far from unique.
