Bought a pair of boots during summer sales in October last year (2023) for AUD105 from Zara Chadstone. Started wearing this winter 2024. Craftsmanship of the boots are of such inferior quality as the zip and the hem is so rough it damages my pantyhose on both legs around the hem and along the zip forcing me to throw pantyhose after each and every wear!! Took it back this September (earliest opportunity I go after wearing twice) to Zara Chadstone along with damaged stockings to show and get an exchange, but both the assistant at the counter and her manager had no empathy. Didn’t budge and told me it’s so unfortunate that I’ve got a bad pair and cannot do anything as I’ve bought it 11 months ago. Pointing out that I had to wait until winter to wear it landed in deaf ears. When mentioned that I’ll put review on the web, I was told that’s fine! How arrogant and don’t care attitude.
