AWFUL LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

I received my order but it was damaged in transit, I reported via website. EVENTUALLY received an email asking me to submit pics. I sent them via the email address had no response. Tried chat bot and agent who kept asking me the same information (order number, etc) then after a frustrating 20 mins would suggest I contact Zara customer services!!! It’s very annoying and difficult process and I’ve still yet to receive a response! I like Zara as a brand but this really low level customer service (if I can even call it that). Let’s down the brand. AWFUL!
