If I could rate less than one star I would… I have returned two items from an order I made online back in December, in one box like they said I could do. I got finally an email yesterday saying my return had been processed and here is the refund for your return… 1 item!! And the less expensive one. I should get 40 euros and I got only 10 euros and there is no mention of my other item in the email, which is the most expensive. I have been contacting Zara via chat from the app, the web, WhatsApp, I tried to call a 800 number I found online and it goes silent and then says goodbye, as if they were taking the piss out of you! I managed to speak to two agents and both were not competent or were just trained to say general things and not solve any query. One even terminated the chat when I explained my issue. Now I am stuck here not knowing if I will get my 29.95 euros back. I will never buy online from Zara again, or if I do I will not return via mail but rather go to a shop directly for the return. Perhaps that would work out best. But dude, your customer service sucks! Amazon and Zalando are super, I was expecting Zara to be the same but boy I was wrong!! This is ridiculous. Such a giant and yet such an insignificant little thing in terms of customer service. Get your act together! You just steal money and time from your trusted customers.
