Every time I try to log in to my Zara account, I get an error saying there's no account associated with my email—even though I'm sure both my email and password are correct. When I reach out for help, I'm told to reset my password, but I never receive the reset email. This has been an ongoing issue, and it's incredibly frustrating not to be able to access my account.
