The WORST PLACE ever !!!! I've spent 9 hours trying to return a bag due to it arriving smashed to bits ... Yes the famous shell bag shattered to bits as it got delivered in a massive box rattling about! No protection, no padding it's a joke! All 10 advisors I spoke to took well over an hour to reply and then soon as I asked for a return and refund they ended the chat!!!! Il never buy from Zara again !!!!!
