Wow. I should’ve come here first before purchasing. I placed an order for earrings, they arrived with one earring missing its largest decorative piece. I complained. They told me they would “kindly” refund the order once they received the return. No offer to provide free shipping if I re-ordered a new pair. I liked them so much I DID order a new pair. Guess what? BOTH earrings missing different pieces. I also ordered the matching necklace in a separate order. It arrived, you guessed it, missing pieces and in a Zara cloth bag with no tag - like someone had already returned it. GARBAGE. I chatted with a rep and got the same BS “we have high quality control standards, you can return them and get a refund.” So I kindly let them know I’d never order again and shipped my return package out. Today I get a call from them. They want pictures of the items for my “case.” I didn’t open a case. I asked why they needed pictures they could simply process the return when they receive the package. I got this “I don’t know what will happen next, Miss, that’s up to our internal team.” No “sorry for your trouble, sorry you paid shipping THREE TIMES for broken products, no…here’s a 20% code on your next order.” DISGRACEFUL and UNETHICAL.
