Sketchy review process. They scan all reviews. If it looks like a review is written too well, which most of mine are, they think I have solicited and won't attribute it towards my ratings. However all the bad reviews are allowed through since it's obvious I would never solicit a bad review. One review is completely false and so bad that it has affected my business by 50%. Yelp could do a little fact checking they won't. Yelp is also simply a watered down version of Google where Yelp stays at the middleman. There's no point in advertising both on Yelp and Google and Google does a fire Superior job
