Hi Bethanie, Thank you for sending Butch and Robert to inspect/repair my roof. They found evidence of roof damage and electrical heat tape damage that was hazardous. They were thorough, conscientious and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their recommendation to annually inspect the roof to assure the rubber roof surface and repair caulking on the rubber roof surface are not compromised resulting in possible water penetration.
