I went to Toyota Dealership to purchase a used car and found a beautiful 2015 Toyota Venza and me and my husband went through the process to purchase the car, the sales manager offered the oil change package,tire package,and the platinum package,all this is supposed to be with my car but this is my understanding.So I'm finishing up with the Financial part of this and 4 months later I make a appointment to get my oil change and come to find out I don't have the oil change package I was so embarrassed I didn't know what to do,but have the tire and the platinum package, and no one wanted to take responsibility for this mistake I even spoke to the manager he said there was nothing he could do because he wasn't there and it's his Financial's guy word against my word so in others words im lying?? OkI buy my Toyota cars from there for years and I can't believe that they are acting in this manner I recommend you need to pay alot attention to you finance manager when you go in their office make sure you get everything in writing books please Thank you
