Westvale Dental is HORRIBLE! No customer service skills at all. They never keep their appointments, EVER. They don't care that you have a life with full-time jobs, kids at home etc. They keep telling you to come back tomorrow because they can't see you. Boycott this business please. Let's get a petition going. People who are on certain types of insurance can't get any work done because they say they did it, however they did it wrong to begin. I believe there is a lawsuit here. I have personally heard numerous patients arguing with the lady at the front desk. She is just downright rude. Thank you.
