I tried their free trial for ads. I did not cancel in time as I received no reminder email, and so they charged me. That’s not the issue as I have accountability on my end regarding my lack of cancellation, however there is no clear rhyme or reason to how they bill. They bill you whenever they feel like it, because the next bill was less than week after the last bill, and they choose when to bill you based off of their calculated “billing threshold”, which changes arbitrarily. You cannot access payment history in the app and when you go to notifications, they automatically UNCHECKED receiving billing emails. So I feel that they hope you don’t notice that you’re being charged so frequently and so high for whatever they decide. I cancelled as soon as I could, and I’m in the process of seeing if there’s a remainder payment I’m expected to pay as it seems that you are charged AFTER the fact, not before. Like a utilities bill… so they decide how well they’ve boosted your business to determine how much you pay. I didn’t authorize a transaction and yet when I tried to close my account to prevent further unauthorized transactions, they said they’d still keep my information on file. What does that mean? Try to call them, no answer. No wait times. No email. No chat. And they say you can leave a voicemail, but there’s no option provided on how to do so. Good luck trying to contact someone. You will be better off with Google or doing your own ads on social media.
