A company that could have done much better to support small businesses with its recent pricing changes. They are so quick to shout about amazing new features, yet force small businesses into more expensive packages. For example, the inability to process expenses on the cheapest package seems restrictive and a clear attempt to force upgrades. I have downgraded and found a workaround as I refuse to pay more. Xero is also often a frustrating tool, and it can be hard to find a clear answer, especially when the AI/suggested answers element of the help centre comes into play.
