The level of customer support provided by Davina at Xero was utterly incredible. I went in with a complex technical question about FX adjustments and Davina responded on the same day with a highly detailed video explaining the origin of the adjustments with real examples from our Xero.The best customer support I have ever received.On a separate note, I have been using Xero at 3 companies over the last 5 years and have absolutely not one bad thing to say about the tool. I can't see myself ever using another accounting app.
