I got a 12hour limited access lock because their team can't understand simple English or comprehend context.You can't even contact support, because you can't chat with people that don't follow you.No email. No call centre. You can't even reply to their emails.X support is the worst I have ever come across, and I've dealt with playstation support. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
