Staff ate ignorant of the products. Lie. And customer service is thee worst I’ve ever experienced; they lie about the products. They lie about call backs. They ignore you. Use the trading standards letters! They ignore all except NOTICE BEFORE COURT. It’s a laxative for them. The company is to be avoided. Please don’t buy; you are inviting chaos.
