I ordered printer cartridges on a 1-2 day delivery. 6 days later i do not have them so I have to spend 20 min with a computer robot that keeps putting me into a do-loop. When I finally talk to a representative I am told the life-changing news that order is delayed. I suggested the revolutionary and novel idea that a "computer-oriented" company might employ a computer to send out notices of such a delay. I not only will NEVER buy from them again, I will seek to remove HP from every part of my business.
