Terrible Sales Experience

Went to hp.com to buy a laptop. It was nothing but a nightmare experience. They have an "expert sales help" number at the top of the screen. When you call for help, you get an AI "thing" named "Holly" that can't understand English. You can't get through to sales. The stupid AI tries to put you through to tech support and asks for warranties and an ID number on the laptop! I'm trying to BUY a computer! Then, I tried the damn chat. Right back to the stupid AI again. The damn thing tries finishing your sentences and it's entirely WRONG!!!!! Unpersonalized service. Frustrating as hell. I DON'T TALK TO AI. AND I'M NOT WRITING HP A NOVEL IN ORDER TO TELL THEM MY NEEDS!!!! PICK UP THE PHONE!!!! NO SALE MADE.
