Bought a HP6132e All-in-One printer for my niece. I unpacked it and followed what was described as quick set up I found it would not stay connected to the Wi-Fi and when it was connected couldn’t get it to print, I spent 2 hours on the phone to HP technical with no results. Eventually decided that the printer was faulty so took it back and replaced it for another one, got this one to connect to the Wi-Fi and stay connected but once again it would not print, also the app would not finish the setup on my phone so couldn’t print from there either. So after another 1 1/2 hours on the phone with HP technical we got no further. In desperation I took it back and got a Canon printer which installed and worked first time with no problem, also despite being told HP technical would ring me back no phone call materialised so it would seem they don’t have much faith in there printers. I will never buy another HP Printer again
