Terrible customer service.Takes over 10 minutes to reach a personAnd when you do reach a person.They just say thank you for calling HP and hang up on you.....We will be phasing out all of your disappointing products from our business and will have nothing to do with you in the futureI may even make it my personal mission to get your customer service staff reprimanded for their failures
